One World
Government.
A voluntary, cooperative model of global governance. Coordination, not coercion. Transparency, accountability, and consent as its foundation.
The model.
The Hiyat Peace Coalition envisions a voluntary, cooperative global governance model in which sovereign states agree to coordinate on issues like peace, security, human rights, environmental stewardship, and economic stability.
This is not the abolition of the nation-state. It is the recognition that certain problems β climate, displacement, finance, conflict β exceed the capacity of any single state, and that coordinated action requires shared rules and shared institutions.
The model places strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and consent. Its legitimacy derives from the participation of its members, not from any coercive authority.
Voluntary participation
States join because they recognize the value, not because they are compelled.
Coordination, not sovereignty transfer
Specific domains are coordinated β security, holy sites, reconstruction β without dissolving national identity or self-determination.
Transparency & accountability
Decisions, budgets, and operations are subject to public scrutiny and democratic oversight.
Consent of the governed
The framework's legitimacy flows from the consent of participating peoples and states.
Three hard limits.
Not authoritarian
No single state, bloc, or unelected body is empowered to impose its will on others.
Not coercive
Membership is voluntary. Withdrawal is permitted. The framework does not override the will of member peoples.
Not opaque
All institutions are accountable, transparent, and subject to oversight by their constituents.
A world free from political oppression.
The ultimate goal of the governance pillar is to dismantle systems of political oppression, to ensure equal rights and security for all peoples, and to create conditions in which individuals and communities can live without fear or structural injustice.
