All reconstruction funds are administered by the IAC to prevent corruption. Disbursement is strictly conditional on adherence to treaty terms, transparency requirements, and anti-corruption safeguards. Every dollar is traceable. Every milestone is verified. Every project is audited.

MEFTZ β€” Customs Union

A customs union between Israel, Palestine, Jordan, and potentially other regional partners, facilitated by the HPC to encourage cross-border investment, labor mobility, and shared infrastructure.

Revitalization of the Port of Gaza as a major Mediterranean hub β€” a direct, sovereign outlet for Palestinian trade with the world.

Port of Haifa

Duty-free transit zones for Palestine at the Port of Haifa, integrating Palestinian trade into regional and global markets through a major existing facility.

Labor Mobility

A framework for lawful, dignified labor mobility across the region β€” protecting workers, ensuring fair wages, and reducing the underground economy.
