A force for peace.
A shield for civilians.
The Hiyat Peace Coalition security architecture is designed for one purpose: the protection of all civilian populations and the non-violation of agreed borders.
A 75,000-person force, led by the United States.
The HPC Multinational Force (HPC-MF) is a 75,000-person force led by the United States, with contributions from European and regional guarantors. The force is tasked with neutralizing militant threats, providing border security, and enforcing demilitarized zones.
The HPC-MF is not an army of occupation. It is a transitional force with a clear mandate, a fixed term, and a single operational doctrine: protect civilians, hold borders, prevent escalation.
Monitored around the clock.
Extensive demilitarized zones are established along sensitive boundary lines and are monitored 24/7 using advanced satellite and ground-based sensor arrays.
Any violation of ceasefire or territorial integrity by any party triggers automatic, non-discretionary intervention protocols in which the HPC-MF acts to restore the status quo ante. There is no political veto over the response: the system is engineered to be mechanical, predictable, and unbiased.
A symbol of unprecedented cooperation.
The Joint Intelligence Center (JIC), based in Jerusalem, is staffed by Israeli, Palestinian, and HPC officers. Its mission is to share intelligence, identify extremist elements, and prevent attacks.
Israeli Section
Officers drawn from Israeli military and intelligence services.
Palestinian Section
Officers drawn from Palestinian Authority security services.
HPC Section
International officers coordinating joint analysis and operations.
Counter-Extremism Unit
Dedicated task force identifying and neutralizing extremist networks.
The JIC is presented as a symbol of unprecedented security cooperation and trust-building β Israeli, Palestinian, and international officers working side by side, in a single building, for a single purpose.
